The new LP Classic G2 has been designed to maximize safety and pleasure when dancing. One of the changes is that we made the gap between the pole and the mask as thin as possible. Due to this fact, the installation of the pole must be perfect. If the pole is secured/tightened a little more on one side (the 2 small hex screws on the safety nut) the pole might slightly bend and the mask would be difficult to rise. Please try to relax the pole as much as possible and try to screw the mask up to the end. If that is working that means the thread on the mask is OK. So If this works, lower the mask again and tighten the pole normally but secure those two small hex screws slowly and simultaneously. That will assure the thread is squeezed equally from both sides and assure the narrowness of the pole through the thread. Now the mask should be enabled to be raised till the end. A drop of machine oil on the inside thread of the mask will help a lot.

If you have any questions please contact our support center.

The cover itself is there to cover the tension system of the pole and by default, it is a not usable area of the pole. It is only meant to be a protective shield to prevent a performer from getting in contact with the mechanical elements used to extend the pole and secure it against unscrewing. The mask is used to cover and protect the thread and fixing elements of the bottom of the pole. It is not meant to be used for gripping and making turns on it since it can get loosen. However, you can hold it or touch it with other parts of the body. Pressing on the cover might cause damage to the cover’s thread and make it hard to screw/unscrew at installation.

If you have any questions please contact our support center.

Chromium coatings usually consist of nickel as the base material and a very thin chromium layer as the finish. In this case, allergies to nickel may occur. Stainless steel, on the other hand, also contains nickel, but it is combined with steel and other elements to form a new metal. This means that fewer nickel particles come into contact with your skin. We cannot assure you that you will not be allergic to stainless steel, although we have not received any reports of allergies on our poles to date.

If you have any questions please contact our support center.

The poles are made of different materials. We only use the top quality materials well known in mechanical engineering. For the parts except for the usable surface of the pole, we use carbon steel as a construction material and then different coatings as a protection against corrosion and other influences. The coating is powder brushing, chromium plating, and zinc plating. The anti-slippery rubber on the disc is custom made for Lupit only, it is a custom formula. We wanted to have a durable and grippy rubber that can be cleaned and refreshed in terms of stickiness. By “usable surface” is meant an outer surface of the tube which is used for the dancer to touch, climb and grab. Those are made of different materials: - stainless steel, mirror polished, - chrome finish alloy steel, which is 100% Nickel FREE. LP Chrome poles are allergy-free and 100% chipping free poles with amazing grip. - powder brushed/coated surface over a carbon steel tube - brass which is mirror polished, no other coating is added which is the most wanted surface for the competition and it is IPSF approved. It has to be frequently cleaned and polished to keep the surface shiny but some like the natural oxide layer which provides even better grip.

If you have any questions please contact our support center.

We can proudly say that 95% of all materials and parts we use are of European origin, which is much more expensive than Asian ones, but we wanted to make sure that the quality is good and that the materials are produced according to all ecological and ethical standards.

If you have any questions please contact our support center.

Depends on coating: Stainless steel and Chrome poles can be cleaned with a cotton cloth and Nitro diluent 900, or pure alcohol or water and then wiped with dry cotton or microfibre cloth. Powder-coated parts should be cleaned only with pure alcohol or water and then wiped with dry cotton or microfibre cloth. Make sure you do not use glass cleaners, especially if they contain the Ammonium Hydroxide Cleaning Agent Cleaning of the rubber surface on discs is also very important. Use pure alcohol for regular cleaning and nitro diluent 900 for refreshing the surface to be stickier.

How do you clean poles?
Lupit portable home poles can be installed in minutes depends on how skilled is the person. I would say that the average person can do the first installation in 15 min. The next time it will take only 5 minutes. Lupit studio removable or permanent poles are usually installed by a skilled person. We would say that on average, a person can do first pole installation in 20 min but usually, there is more than one so the next pole can be installed in 10-15 min. It all depends on the ceiling, flooring material, and construction. Lupit Stage can be installed in 10-15 minutes depends on how skilled is the person. I would say that the average person can do the first installation in 25 min. The next time only 10-15 minutes.

If you have any questions please contact our support center.

Lupit home poles have all the tools included except the water level and ladder. Lupit Stage has all the tools needed to be included in the package to install the studio poles, you would need some common tools like an electric or cordless drill, screwdriver, water-level, ladder. The screws, allen key, and plastic inserts for the concrete are included in the package.
The Lupit home pole is designed to be installed without drilling, so no damage to the floor or ceiling is expected. The only limitations are when used on a plaster/ false ceiling. In this case, no one can tell how the ceiling was built and how strong it is. Lupit home bar is a pressure pole, which generates some force on the ceiling during installation. Typically, 80-100 kg is required to ensure an adequate and secure hold on the ceiling/floor. The removable Lupit studio pole requires a fixed, upper part on the ceiling, leaving the floor unaffected. Four screws are required on the ceiling. Lupit studio permanent poles have to be fixed to the ceiling and floor with 4 screws on the ceiling and 4 on the floor. A lupit Stage is a self-standing unit that does not require anything other than a flat floor.
Yes, it is recommended to oil the lower bearing system and the upper bearing every 3 months for daily use. Machine oil or spray grease for bearings is the best way to moisturise. The rubber surfaces on the lower and upper disc are not gripping the floor/ceiling because I am constantly moving my Classic bar up and down. What can I do? Clean the rubber surfaces of the discs every time before installation. Use pure alcohol for regular cleaning and Nitro Thinner 900 to freshen up the surface and make it even stickier.
Lupit Home Classic G2 basic kit can be used up to 2800mm, but with a 500 mm extension, it can go up to 3300 mm.
What is the maximum ceiling height for the Home Classic G2 pole?
What is the maximum ceiling height for the Home Classic G2 pole?
The maximum weight of the dancer dancing on the pole cannot be calculated or recommended. It is important to understand that the real limitation is the lateral force generated by the dancer. For example, a very thin and light dancer may spin very fast and generate quite a large centrifugal force, which may be equal to or greater than the force generated by a heavy dancer with slow and smooth movements. The lateral force generated may also be due to the different heights of the bar placed between different floor coverings and different ceilings. There are too many variables to consider to calculate the correct braking force. Lupit Pole Classic poles have no braking records so far. Only the best materials are used and mechanical engineers using the latest design tools and knowledge have done the mechanical design.
Usually, the pole is just overtightened. Follow the instructions and tighten the pole by hand. Then hold the pole A while you secure the bottom nut of the pole against the top nut with the wrench. So, first, tighten the pole and tighten part A just enough to secure the pole, and then tighten the lower nut very tight against the upper nut. First, you need to hold the top tube of part A by hand and tighten the "bottom nut" with the tool, and then in the last phase use the second tool to hold the top nut. The rod should now be stable and secure. If the pole is not vertical, it is possible that the force on a bearing system is not evenly distributed, which can create additional resistance. To bring the mast to a vertical position, use a water leveller. The bearings are dirty or dry. You must lubricate the lower bearing system and the upper bearing every 3 months with daily use. Machine oil or grease for the bearings in a spray can is the best way to lubricate. Follow the video instruction here.
It is normal. If it is a little uneven it is normal because of the design of the system, used to block the thread of the pole. As long as the pole spins right, it is Ok.
The pole needs to be slightly tightened. The extra pressure on the joints will create sufficient friction to block the joints.
We do not recommend the installation on plaster or other fake ceilings. The best is to install the pole on concrete or hard wooden ceilings. It is important that the ceiling or flooring is not fragile, too soft or too flexible because the pressure between the ceiling and floor must remain sufficient in order to ensure safety. If there is no other option than to install the pole on the plaster ceiling we can recommend two ways to do it: - the first is to reinforce the ceiling from the inside. The plaster (false) ceiling must be opened and reinforced by an expert. Some support elements must be used to reinforce the surface area where the pole is about to be installed. Usually, it is done by using wooden beams and plywood. - the second option is only to be used if the false ceiling is already well supported but the plaster would not withstand the pressure of the upper pole. So the 25mm ( 1 inch ) thick and the size of 1m x 1m plywood should be mounted to the ceiling making sure it is screwed through the plaster directly to the construction elements. In both cases, the ceiling after it is reinforced must withstand a vertical up-force equal to about 120 kg.
Yes but you need to use the LP Classic Slope Ceiling Mount which must be fixed to the ceiling.
The spin/static screw was not aligned with the mark on the disc at blocking the spin. The axel got damaged. Contact Lupit.

If you have any questions please contact our support center.

The Hex-key (Allen key) is damaged and needs to be replaced.
The spin/static screw is damaged. It must be removed and replaced. The hex key is damaged. Use a new 4mm hex key.
Remove the screw using special tool “screw extractor” like this: HTTPS://WWW.AMAZON.COM/DAMAGED-SCREW-REMOVER-EXTRACTOR-EASYOUT/DP/B07HGSPQDV Change the extracted screw with a new one.
The pole creates an 80 – 120 kg load. The upper disc has a 200 mm in diameter. The lower disc has a 120 mm in diameter.
Yes, you can: The standard pole setup included in the package is for ceiling heights between 2300 mm and 2800 mm. To go higher than 2800 mm you need to purchase a 500 mm extension. To go lower than 2300 mm you need to purchase extensions according to this table: In your case, you need to purchase two 500 mm extensions.
LP Classic G2 (Generation 2) is upgraded LP classic Improved SPIN, as a consequence of improved joint system and upgraded bearing systems INCREASED STABILITY: fewer extensions for the same height & increased max. height from 3200 mm to 3300 mm. EASIER INSTALLATION & SAFER THREAD LOCK: changing technology for thread block, without impractical and large key tools, and hard tightening of the locking nuts. SMOOTHER DESIGN: the cover fits the lower part - no more gap, the cover does not get unscrewed during the exercise
The new lower bearing system with new technology for thread locking. Complete part A must be replaced. It will increase spin and safety and make an easier installation.
Chrome plating usually consists of nickel as the base and a very thin layer of chrome as the finish. In this case, allergies to nickel may occur. On the other hand, stainless steel also contains nickel, but it is combined with steel and other elements to form a new metal. This means that fewer nickel particles come into contact with your skin. We can not assure you that you will not have an allergic reaction to stainless steel, although we have not received any reports of allergies on our poles so far.
Lupit Stage can be installed in 10-15 minutes depending on how skilled the person is. I would say that an average person can do the first installation in 25 minutes. The next time only 10-15 minutes.
Lupit Stage has all the needed tools included in the package.
I would like to explain how the extensions work with LP Stages. The pole on the stage consists of two parts. The lower part is always the same, while the extension can be different: The standard extension included in the package is 1445 mm. The stage extensions of 500 mm, 750 mm and 1000 mm must be ordered separately. The standard configuration is set to a maximum total height of the stage of 2942 mm and can be mounted when the ceiling height is higher than 3050 mm. Since many people have lower ceilings, we have decided to offer shorter extensions: --500 mm/ 1'7.6" ... for the minimum ceiling height of 2150 mm/7' 0.65'' --750 mm/ 2'5.53' ... for the minimum ceiling height of 2400 mm/7' 10.49'' --1000 mm/ 3'3.37" ... for the minimum ceiling height of 2650 mm/8' 8.33' For safety/stability reasons, the extension cannot be ordered higher than 1445 mm. For the same reason, the mast extensions of our other products do not fit on the stage mast...it was designed that way on purpose.
We do not recommend LP Classic to be used in the studio on competitions. This pole is made of many segments and its structure needs more attention and care. For professional use, we designed LP PRO and LP STUDIO CHAMPION poles which are custom made for different ceiling heights.
This part can only be broken during installation or removal. If the pole is not lifted enough while moving it with LP Cart or the Cart is lowered/removed halfway the pole is trapped in a diagonal position. That means the spring is still producing a lot of force and this flexible rubber part might get damaged.
For maximum performance and durability, you need to choose LP Studio poles. If you would like to convert your studio into a Yoga or aerial or fitness in just minutes, we recommend you our LP PRO poles, which are fast installation removable poles. If you will not remove the poles and you need to have hi-performance studio poles, which are competition poles, we recommend you our LP Studio Champion poles.
LP PRO poles are removable pressure poles, which can be installed and removed in seconds by using LP Cart. Those poles have integrated AVFAS (Automatic Vertical Force Adjustment System), which equalizes the pressure force during the use, and that way increases stability, safety, and spin. LP Studio Champion poles are permanent poles that must be permanently fixed to the floor and ceiling. Those poles are the highest performance poles in our line.
We offer 42 mm and 45 mm poles. 45 mm is a standard competition diameter which also suites most of the hands. Studios often order a mix of poles so dancers with small hands and juniors have better grip.
Yes. Studio poles are often used so we recommend lubrication every 3 months. Follow the instructions.
Mark the correct position of the lower disc and monitor the drifting Clean the lower disc rubber surface with nitro diluent 900 to refresh the stickiness to the floor If necessary increase the tension to the floor by adding 1-2 extension rings to the bottom part.
We recommend the safety distance between the poles between 2,3 and 2,7 m. The safety distance between the pole and the wall we recommend would be min 1,5 m. Send us the floor plan on info@lupitpole.com and we can help you with the layout.
Yes. All the upper mounts of LP Studio poles need to be permanently fixed to the ceiling for safety and performance reasons.
The diameter of the upper mount is 160 mm.
Yes, QL Pro is fully compatible and exchangeable with all versions of lower bearing systems used with LP PRO and LP Studio Champion poles. The replacement takes only a minute.
It depends on your technical skills and room situation. An average person should install an LP Pro pole in 10 – 20 minutes. Every next installation/removal only takes 15 – 20 seconds using LP Cart.
It depends on your technical skills and room situation. An average person should install an LP Pro pole in 15 – 30 minutes. The upper disc is fixed with 4 screws and a lower disc with 4 screws.
If this is LP PRO it means that this is pressure pole. Each pole produces 80-120 kg of the load to the ceiling so it has to be strong and stable. For the LP Studio Champion pole, the upper ceiling mount will need to withstand quite demanding lateral forces so the ceiling will need to hold the screws on the place. It needs to be strong and durable.
Our R&D team can recommend the solution but they will need to have the following information about the beams: - Beam/Ceiling height - Distances between the beams - Shape and dimension of the beams - The material of the beams (steel, wood, concrete, Aluminium…)
LP PRO is also a pressure pole and it was designed for studios to have a possibility to install and take away poles in just a few seconds. This system works on most of the floor-ceiling combinations. The pole must be in a straight vertical position. The water level should be used. Remeasure the ceiling height and check if the pole has been ordered according to this height. If the ceiling is too high extra extension ring should be added on a lower bearing to extend the pole. Sufficient pressure must be applied between the ceiling and the floor. When the pole is just shaken with hands without applying bodyweight, normally, it can be moved. When doing the turns the body weight adds to the spring load and weight of the pole, all that represents the downforce which increases the friction between the floor and rubber on the lower disc. It is important to clean the rubber surface and the floor regularly using cleaning pure alcohol. If that will not help, we will send you 3d stickers which are used for marking the position of the pole and sometimes to prevent movement if the floor is slippery. If the poles are still moving after doing all this, then we recommend using our permanent mount solution.
If this is LP PRO it means that this is pressure pole. Each pole produces 80-120 kg of the load to the ceiling, so it has to be strong and stable. On the other hand, for the LP Studio Champion pole, the upper ceiling mount will need to withstand quite demanding lateral forces, so the ceiling will need to hold the screws on the place. It needs to be strong and durable. So, We do not recommend the installation on plaster or other fake ceilings. The best is to install the pole on concrete or hard wooden ceilings. It is important that the ceiling or flooring is not fragile, too soft or too flexible because the pressure between the ceiling and floor must remain sufficient to ensure safety. If there is no other option than to install the pole on the plaster ceiling we can recommend two ways to do it the first is to reinforce the ceiling from the inside. The plaster (false) ceiling must be opened and reinforced by an expert. Some support elements must be used to reinforce the surface area where the pole is about to be installed. Usually, it is done by using wooden beams and plywood. The second option is only to be used if the false ceiling is already well supported but the plaster would not withstand the pressure of the upper pole. So the 25 mm ( 1 inch ) thick and the size of 1m x 1m plywood should be mounted to the ceiling making sure it is screwed through the plaster directly to the construction elements. In both cases, the ceiling after it is reinforced must withstand a vertical up-force equal to about 120 kg.
Our round rash mats come in two distinct lines - Standard and Premium. The Standard line is designed for practicality, featuring a simpler look with fewer decorative stitches and no carrying handles, making them more budget-friendly. They're crafted using efficient sewing techniques for quicker production, available in a variety of colours. Both lines are made from the same high-quality German fabric and contain identical foam padding, ensuring comfort and durability. They also share a common feature: an anti-slip bottom for added safety. The mat thickness varies to suit different skill levels. The 12cm mats are ideal for advanced dancers, offering higher elevation for more intricate spinning and dancing moves. Meanwhile, the 8cm mats are perfect for beginners, providing a comfortable and supportive surface for those just starting to dance.
When you buy Lupit Hoop you get three in one. Lupit Hoop comes with two rigging mounts attached so it can be used as a double attachment hoop. In the package is also a hex key that can be used to remove one or both attaching shackles. So the hoop can be converted from double into a single rigging mount hoop or even a non-rigging mount hoop. That is a big advantage in style and flexibility.
Lupit Lollipop can only be used with Lupit Stage pole. The equipment Lupit produces always meet the highest safety standards which can only be achieved with compatible products. In this case, Lupit Lollipop is an add-on product to a Lupit Stage.
Every ceiling is made differently. Some are wooden some are plaster or concrete and that is why Lupit cannot provide general advice or instructions for fixing the Ceiling mount. We can only recommend you to ask for advice from the construction safety engineer who is able to inspect the ceiling on site. The Lupit Aerial Ceiling Mount itself has a Working Load Limit of 20 KN or 2000 kg. So the most important is how well the ceiling mount is fixed to the ceiling.

It depends on the form of a person, to person. Also, it depends on the type of skin that a pole athlete has. And of the climate. Stainless Steel is another very high-quality material for a dance pole. Freestanding dance poles made from stainless steel are extremely durable and have a polished finish. It’s more common to find these in studios rather than at home, as studio poles take a lot more abuse than home poles do. Stainless steel will hold up well in humid weather conditions. If you find excess sweating a problem, then stainless steel is for you! In the end, it is hard to say, if stainless steel has a better grip. It’s all down to personal taste, your the dance style, your budget, and what type of climate you live in.
It’s difficult to say which one is better than the other because it’s all down to personal taste, your dance style, your budget, and what type of climate you live in. For example, Chrome poles are good if you live in Northern Europe because of the temperate climate here. It’s the most common pole you’ll find in gyms, studios, and clubs. Those who learn on brass, for example, find it difficult to revert to a chrome pole, but vice versa is not a problem! However, brass poles do also have an amazing grip. Most pole athletes find it the most grippy. Silicone and powder-coated poles are more suited to extreme flip and tricks, or Chinese pole tricks as opposed to the regular pole dancing tricks. They’re fun and a novelty, especially as silicone poles work with clothes. However, unless this is your dance style, or you have some spare cash lying around, then an A metal-coated pole is more suitable for everyday use!
In November 2022, we launched our new Lupir Grip G2: redesigned, developed, and improved. We didn't change the grip, we just improved the pad. Grip G2 still contains the same amount of grip as before - the biggest change is the material, as we wanted to offer it in eco-friendly and recycled, thinner and softer materials suitable for all skin types. Main feature: - We spent nearly a year researching and testing to become more eco-friendly, discovering that the blanket could be thinner to carry the same amount of Grip products - We found the skin-friendly, recyclable material PET. - It retains the shape of the pillow - The dosage of Grip product is more controllable for the user by simply popping the pad and tapping on preferred skin areas We have tested the Grip product at a recognized institute - Institut Fresenius under DAkkS - the national accreditation body of the Federal Republic of Germany (Test NO: 6107698) and received a certificate.
